# Delete a Leadping Account

> Request deletion of a Leadping user or organization account and understand verification and retained records.

Email [support@leadping.ai](mailto:support@leadping.ai) from the address associated with the account.

Use the subject **Account deletion request** and include:

* your name;
* the account email address;
* the organization name, if applicable; and
* ownership details if you cannot send from the account address.

Leadping may verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to act for an organization before processing the request.

<Warning>
  Deleting a user login does not necessarily delete data controlled by an organization. An authorized organization owner must request deletion of eligible organization data.
