# Leadping Subprocessors

> Review providers that support Leadping infrastructure, security, communications, payments, documentation, and platform operations.

Leadping uses a limited set of providers to operate, secure, support, bill, and deliver the platform.

Providers process information only for the services they supply to Leadping, subject to controls appropriate to their role. They do not receive mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for their own independent marketing.

## Current providers

| Provider | Location | Service |
| - | - | - |
| Alphabet Inc. | United States | Cloud infrastructure and website analytics |
| Astrodon Inc. | United States | Permitted marketing email, onboarding, and product announcements |
| Chatwoot Inc. | United States | Customer support chat and communication |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | United States | DNS, content delivery, web security, DDoS protection, and performance |
| Mintlify, Inc. | United States | Documentation hosting, search, analytics, and delivery |
| Microsoft | United States | Application hosting, infrastructure, storage, and security |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | United States | Artificial intelligence features and operations |
| Resend, Inc. | United States | Transactional and system email |
| Stripe, Inc. | United States | Payments, subscriptions, invoicing, tax, and disputes |

| Vercel Inc. | United States | Website and application hosting, deployment, analytics, and performance |
| WorkOS, Inc. | United States | Authentication, identity, user management, and enterprise access |

Telecommunications carriers, registries, and providers may process message, call, number, campaign, opt-in, opt-out, and routing data as needed to deliver, support, audit, or enforce communication services.

## Customer-connected services

This list does not include a CRM, webhook, form, publisher, lead source, or other service selected and connected by a customer. The customer is responsible for notices, consent, contracts, configuration, and privacy obligations for those systems.

## Ask about a specific data flow

A provider’s inclusion does not mean it receives every type of customer data. For example, payment processing, SMS delivery, and documentation search perform different functions. To assess a workflow, identify the feature, data categories, and destination involved.

The location column identifies the provider location listed here; it should not be read as a promise that all processing remains in that country. See the [international processing section](https://leadping.ai/docs/privacy-policy.md#international-processing) and ask about any contractual requirement before relying on a geographic restriction.

For a review, send the proposed workflow and questions about the relevant provider to [legal@leadping.ai](mailto:legal@leadping.ai). Avoid including real lead data in the inquiry.

## Provider changes

Leadping may add, replace, or remove providers as the service changes. Leadping will update this page or provide another notice for material changes when required by applicable law or contract.

Send provider or data-flow questions to [legal@leadping.ai](mailto:legal@leadping.ai). See [Security](https://leadping.ai/docs/trust/security.md) and the [Privacy Policy](https://leadping.ai/docs/privacy-policy.md) for related information.
