# Leadping Trust Center

Leadping processes personal lead data, consent records, and conversations. We protect that information with layered technical and operational controls and document where responsibility remains with customers.

## Security principles

| Principle | Approach |

| Protect data | Encrypt customer data in transit and at rest |
| Limit access | Authenticate access and scope it by organization, role, and credential |
| Separate customers | Apply organization context and resource-level authorization |
| Monitor operations | Record security-relevant activity and monitor service and provider signals |
| Restrict production access | Limit access to authorized personnel and providers with a business need |
| Respond to incidents | Contain risk, preserve useful evidence, restore service, and provide required notices |

## Data and privacy

Leadping processes lead details, TrustedForm certificates, messages, calls, configuration, and operational records to provide and protect the service.

Leadping does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for another party's independent marketing. The [Privacy Policy](https://leadping.ai/docs/privacy-policy.md) explains processing in detail, and [Subprocessors](https://leadping.ai/docs/subprocessors.md) identifies relevant service providers.

Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Some data can be deleted on request; limited billing, security, consent, suppression, carrier, audit, or dispute records may need to remain. See [Data Deletion](https://leadping.ai/docs/data-deletion.md).

## Shared responsibility

Leadping secures the platform and systems it controls. Customers remain responsible for:

* users, roles, credentials, and recovery inboxes;
* forms, publishers, CRMs, webhooks, endpoints, and connected systems;
* data submitted to Leadping and copies exported from it;
* source quality, consent, suppression, and recipient preferences; and
* whether each outreach workflow is lawful and appropriate.

Leadping controls support traceability and safer operation; they do not replace legal review or guarantee carrier approval or delivery.

## Review Leadping for your organization

Start with the data you intend to submit and the systems that will receive it. A review of lead intake should include the original form and posting service; a review of automation should also include each configured destination.
