Delete a Leadping Account

Request deletion of a Leadping user or organization account and understand verification and retained records.

Before requesting closure

Export records you are authorized to keep and check whether colleagues still need the organization. Identify connected posting systems and automations so they can be stopped as part of the closure plan. Include any questions about subscriptions or phone numbers in the request; do not assume that removing a login resolves those separately managed services.

Submit the request

Email [e-mail] from the address associated with the account.

Use the subject Account deletion request and include:

• your name;
• the account email address;
• the organization name, if applicable; and
• ownership details if you cannot send from the account address.

Leadping may verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to act for an organization before processing the request.

Deleting a user login does not necessarily delete data controlled by an organization. An authorized organization owner must request deletion of eligible organization data.

• what may be deleted, deactivated, deidentified, or anonymized;
• the difference between user and organization data; and
• billing, security, consent, carrier, audit, and dispute records that may need to remain.

Keep the request confirmation and any follow-up correspondence. If you are requesting closure on someone else’s behalf, explain your role; do not send passwords, complete API keys, or identity documents in the initial email.
