Leadping requires a valid ActiveProspect TrustedForm certificate URL for each submitted lead. This requirement helps verify consent, reduce fraud, and respond quickly when carriers ask for proof that a consumer agreed to be contacted. For teams operating at speed, consent proof cannot live in screenshots, email threads, or disconnected vendor reports. It needs to travel with the lead.

What TrustedForm is

TrustedForm is a consent verification product from ActiveProspect. It captures evidence from the lead collection experience, including what the consumer saw and how consent was presented. That certificate can help demonstrate that a lead came from a real interaction and that the consumer was shown the relevant consent language.

Why Leadping requires it

Carriers, regulators, and internal compliance teams may request proof of consent after a message or call is sent. Without a reliable certificate, verifying a lead can become slow, manual, and uncertain. Leadping uses TrustedForm to make consent verification part of the normal workflow.

Benefits for your team

TrustedForm helps with:
  • Carrier compliance: Leadping can respond to many consent inquiries with structured evidence instead of manual back-and-forth.
  • TCPA and privacy readiness: Consent records are easier to locate and review when they are tied directly to the lead.
  • Lead quality: Certificates help identify suspicious, bot-generated, or poorly sourced leads.
  • Dispute handling: Visual and technical evidence can support review when a consumer, carrier, or partner questions consent.
  • Deliverability protection: Better consent hygiene reduces complaints, filtering, and account risk.
This is one of the ways Leadping keeps high-speed outreach disciplined without making your team manage every compliance artifact manually.

What you need to submit

When sending a lead into Leadping, include an active TrustedForm certificate URL for that lead. Before launch, confirm that:
  • Your lead sources generate TrustedForm certificates
  • Certificate URLs are passed into Leadping with each lead
  • Your retention settings preserve certificates for your required compliance period
  • Your consent language has been reviewed for your use case
TrustedForm certificates commonly expire unless they are retained. Make sure your process preserves certificates long enough for your business, legal, and carrier requirements.

What happens without TrustedForm

Leads without a valid, active TrustedForm certificate cannot be accepted into Leadping outreach workflows. This is a platform requirement. It protects deliverability, reduces compliance risk, and helps keep customer traffic aligned with carrier expectations.
