Some content cannot be sent through Leadping, even when a business has consent from the recipient. U.S. and Canadian carriers categorically block or restrict certain types of SMS and MMS traffic because they create high complaint, fraud, regulatory, or consumer harm risk. Leadping enforces these restrictions to protect customer accounts, number reputation, and overall deliverability.

What this page covers

This page explains content categories that are not allowed on Leadping messaging routes. It does not replace the broader requirements for consent, opt-out handling, message identification, quiet hours, or legal review. If your use case is close to one of these categories, contact support@leadping.ai before sending traffic.

Why Leadping is strict about this

One prohibited campaign can damage sender reputation, trigger carrier fines, and affect delivery for future compliant traffic. Leadping applies these restrictions so legitimate outreach can keep moving reliably.
