Delete a Leadping Account

Request deletion of a Leadping user or organization account and understand verification and retained records.

Email [e-mail] from the address associated with the account.

Use the subject Account deletion request and include:

• your name;
• the account email address;
• the organization name, if applicable; and
• ownership details if you cannot send from the account address.

Leadping may verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to act for an organization before processing the request.

Deleting a user login does not necessarily delete data controlled by an organization. An authorized organization owner must request deletion of eligible organization data.
