Security principles

Data and privacy

Leadping processes lead details, TrustedForm certificates, messages, calls, configuration, and operational records to provide and protect the service. Leadping does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for another party’s independent marketing. The Privacy Policy explains processing in detail, and Subprocessors identifies relevant service providers. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Some data can be deleted on request; limited billing, security, consent, suppression, carrier, audit, or dispute records may need to remain. See Data Deletion.

Shared responsibility

Leadping secures the platform and systems it controls. Customers remain responsible for:
  • users, roles, credentials, and recovery inboxes;
  • forms, publishers, CRMs, webhooks, endpoints, and connected systems;
  • data submitted to Leadping and copies exported from it;
  • source quality, consent, suppression, and recipient preferences; and
  • whether each outreach workflow is lawful and appropriate.
Leadping controls support traceability and safer operation; they do not replace legal review or guarantee carrier approval or delivery.
